Neurithmetic Limited (company no. 15177502), registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration C1965314). We build a free entitlement checker and related tools for neurodiverse adults and families in the UK. This policy covers neurithmetic.com and app.neurithmetic.com.
Using the checker without an account. Your answers — age, condition, employment and benefits status, and if you choose to add it, a free-text description of how your condition affects you — are stored in a temporary browser session for up to 30 days, then cleared automatically. They are not linked to your name or email unless you create an account.
Anonymised statistics. We log aggregate, non-identifying statistics from every check — age band, diagnosis category, and eligibility outcomes — with no name, email, or free-text content attached. This has a legitimate interest legal basis: it lets us understand what support neurodivergent people actually need, and improve the service. We never sell this data, and it cannot be traced back to you individually.
Creating an account. If you sign in, we collect your email address to send you a sign-in link (we don't use passwords). If you choose to save your results, your checker answers, results, and any deadlines you track are linked to your account until you delete it.
The "Draft my answer" tool. If you use this feature, the relevant parts of your answers are sent to Anthropic, who provide the underlying AI model, to generate a draft for you to personalise. We do not send your name or email address as part of this request.
Uploaded documents. If you use the document vault, your files are stored privately on our server, outside any publicly accessible location. Only you, signed in to your own account, can view or download them. We never share them with anyone else.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
Session data (if you don't create an account): up to 30 days. Account data, results, and documents: until you delete them, or delete your account entirely. Anonymised aggregate statistics are kept indefinitely, since they cannot be linked back to you.
You can access, correct, or delete your account data at any time — the fastest way is "Delete my account" in your dashboard, which removes your profile, saved results, deadlines, and all uploaded documents immediately. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you're unhappy with how we've handled your information.
We use only strictly necessary cookies — to keep you signed in, remember your progress through a check, and protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
